The Amman Stock Exchange (ASE )has issued guidelines on the preparation of sustainability reports in both Arabic and English. The guide provides guidelines for publicly listed companies on how to prepare the sustainability report and the information to be included in the guide.

The guide also explains the importance of sustainability and how listed companies report on sustainability performance and reporting, and the most important standards of sustainability and international standards in this area.

This guide is intended to raise awareness among listed companies about the importance of sustainability and its benefits to all stakeholders and to guide listed companies on the steps taken to prepare sustainability disclosure reports and encourage listed companies to issue a sustainability report on a regular basis.
